🌿 1. Plastic Crates for Plants
We use strong reusable plastic crates to protect most plants during delivery.
How it works:
- Deposit: KSh 2,000 per pair of crates
- Deposit is fully refundable when crates are returned
- Return delivery to Nairobi: Approx. KSh 300
- Deposit refunded after we receive the crates
📌 More crates can be used for bigger orders — deposit increases but still refundable.
Good for: Small to medium plants, seedlings, potted plants, and nursery orders.
🌴 2. Wooden Pallets for Large Orders
For big plants, heavy clay pots, or bulk orders, we use wooden pallets.
How it works:
- Deposit: KSh 2,000 per pair of pallets
- Deposit is fully refundable
- Return delivery to Nairobi: Approx. KSh 3,000
You can also dismantle the pallet carefully and return all wood to us for a full refund.
Good for: Large trees, heavy clay pots, landscaping, and commercial orders.
💰 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on the courier you choose.
- Each courier has its own price based on distance, weight, and size
- You pay the delivery fee directly to the courier, not to us
- We guide you on the best courier options, but the fee goes to them
This keeps the process transparent and fair.
📄 Insurance Information
We pack every order carefully, but please note:
⚠️ Standard deliveries are not insured
- Local couriers in Kenya usually do not offer insurance for fragile items
- If damage happens during transport, the courier does not pay compensation
- We pack your items as safely as possible
🛡️ Optional Insured Couriers
If you want insurance, you can use premium couriers like:
- G4S
- Wells Fargo
Notes:
- They charge per kilogram
- Insurance costs extra and is paid directly to the courier
- Compensation is handled by the courier company
