Plants Refund Policy
At The Farm, our mission is to bring nature to you, and we strive to ensure that every plant you receive is healthy and thriving. However, due to the nature of third-party shipping, there are situations that may be unavoidable. In such cases, we offer a 7-day replacement period for plants that arrive dead or broken.
If you receive a plant that is dead or broken, please send us a photo of the plant to our email address, info@thefarm.co.ke. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
For customers located in Nairobi, we handle the shipping ourselves in order to maintain the health and quality of our plants. This allows us to guarantee that the plants will arrive in a healthy condition. However, for customers outside of Nairobi, we rely on local couriers for shipping smaller orders. In such cases, The Farm will not be liable for any broken plants during shipping.
Birds and Animals Return Policy
At The Farm, we understand that no one wants to receive a dead animal. However, when it comes to live animal shipments, there are factors beyond our control, such as climate conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
For customers located in Nairobi, where we handle the shipping ourselves, we can guarantee that there will be no Dead on Arrival (DOA) animals. We take the necessary precautions to ensure the safe transportation of the animals.
However, in Kenya, we currently do not have a dedicated courier service for shipping live animals. As a result, we advise customers who require shipping outside of Nairobi to arrange for private shipping methods. Please note that any animals shipped using local shipping methods, such as Skywave, will not be covered under our guarantee for DOA animals, and we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
We understand the importance of the well-being and health of the animals we provide, and we take every precaution to ensure their safe transportation. However, we cannot control external factors that may impact the animals during shipping.
